Our namesake Provino Bogino always thought meal time is a special time. We have taken this to heart and designed the restaurants as homey & comfortable as possible. The food was good and we were having our usual great time but when some of us wanted to share our dish with our wives,we were told there would be an additional charge of two dollars for sharing. When asked for an explation the owner said "it was to cover the cost of silverware and clean plate". When we said we had never heard of such charges we were rudely told not to come back if we did not like it. We won't!
