We used this lawyer in our Chapter 13 case. Well to say the least the day we were told that our court date would be taking place we miss a day of work to show up. Well come to find out she reschedueled us until a later date and we was NOT informed of the change. Also while we were there we find out that she was on administrative suspension since 2005 YES 2005!!!!!! So how in the world she able to take on new clients is beyond me????? Also the few clients she had there to do there case was put off another week so alot of people was upset. If you plan on using this lawyer do your self a favor and represent yourself you will be better off!!!!

I USED THIS ATTORNEY TO HANDLE MY CHAPTER 13 & THE WHOLE CASE WAS POORLY HANDLED. wHEN IT WAS TIME TO GO TO COURT ALL THE PAPERWORK HAD NOT BEEN TURNED IN & HAD TO RESCHEDULE. AT THE TIME OF MY PAYOFF IT TOOK OVER 6 MONTHS TO GET THE TITLE OF MY CAR. I CALLED THE DODGE DEALERSHIP & THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD MAILED IT TO BARBARA SIMS OFFICE. SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE. IN THE END I HAD TO FILE FOR A LOST TITLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY.
